Fuzis de Águeda are small, dry almond-and-butter cakes shaped into thick, irregular rings. Once baked, they are dipped in sugar syrup, which dries into a thin, crisp white glaze.
Their coiled shape and glaze distinguish them from sequilhos and Águeda's other biscuits.
