- 12 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- as needed Cinnamon
Method
Beat the eggs thoroughly with the sugar and lemon juice.
Dissolve the flour in the cold milk and fold this mixture into the eggs.
Pour into an earthenware pot, ideally one from Molelos, without overfilling it so the mixture cannot overflow.
