Ingredients

  • 1 level tablespoon Wheat flour

Method

  1. Heat the oven thoroughly and place a glazed earthenware pot inside to heat. The source publishes no temperature, capacity or preheating time.

  2. Beat six eggs with twelve tablespoons of sugar and one level tablespoon of flour.

  3. Add the lemon peel and one teaspoon of cinnamon.

  4. Gradually add 500 millilitres / 16.9 US fluid ounces of cold milk, stirring to combine.
