Moletinhos de São Vicente are small enriched yeasted sweet rolls. Shaped as short cylinders or little arrufadas, they bake fluffy inside, golden with egg wash and covered in sugar that creates a sweet crust.
Their dough combines flour, eggs, milk, cream and yeast, sometimes perfumed with Port. They are traditionally sold near churches on Braga's pilgrimage days.

Fluffy, milky and moderately sweet, with a sugared crust and possible Port fragrance.
Also called little arrufadas; they may be baked separately or clustered in a tin and pulled apart by hand.
At Braga pastry shops and around Saint Vincent's Church during the January pilgrimage.
Milky coffee, tea or Port.
They belong to the Saint Vincent pilgrimage celebrated on 22 January and are also associated with Saint Joseph festivities in March. The municipality and Visit Braga treat moletinhos as an inseparable part of São Vicente parish tradition.
