- 500 g / 1 lb 2 oz Sugar

Method
Grease four trays with margarine and heat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Beat the eggs and sugar for 15 minutes with an electric mixer, gradually adding the flour.
Place well-spaced spoonfuls of batter on the trays.
Bake until golden, remove from the oven and release from the trays. The source says to serve decorated to taste without identifying any decoration.
