Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180°C / 356°F.

  2. Mix the fifteen eggs with 500 grams / 17.6 ounces of sugar. The source says “mix” and publishes no duration, tool or aeration endpoint.

  3. Add 200 millilitres / 6.8 US fluid ounces of tangerine juice and combine thoroughly.

  4. For the caramel combine 150 grams / 5.3 ounces of sugar, five tablespoons of cold water and one coffee spoon of ground cinnamon. Heat until caramel forms. The source defines no colour, temperature or duration.

  5. Coat a pudding mould with the caramel. Its capacity and shape are not published.
