Armamar Apple Cakes — Formula from the 2022 Gastronomy Guide
This is the formula published for Armamar in the official Fins-de-Semana Gastronómicos 2022 guide: small spheres of dough with diced apple, walnut, coconut, cinnamon and aniseed, coated in flour and baked in a very hot oven. Armamar Municipal Council confirms that the apple cakes were created by local pastry shops and belong to the municipality's growing apple-sweet repertoire. The source gives neither a yield nor portion size, so both remain open.
